What a pleasure it is to help people build a strong connnection with each other!

As a wife of thirty-something years and a mother of three adult(ish) kids, I know that all things 'relationship' just are not as easy as they seem. Life is messy and sometimes delightful and sometimes really, really hard and things are rarely as simple or black-and-white as we might want. It's an honour to walk alongside people and get to the heart of things together. 

CoupleWorks is my private practice here in Wickham, Newcastle. At CoupleWorks, people come from all over to reboot their relationships (couple/family/other). Intensives are a chance to escape all the other demands on your time and your headspace and focus exclusively on your relationship. The lovely beaches and gorgeous wine country are just value added...

I'm passionate about the power and importance of relationship, and will talk the leg off a table about Emotionally Focused Therapy and how much it has to offer anyone and everyone wanting to strengthen their relationship. This stuff really works!

I have been an EFT supervisor for many years and am currently an ICEEFT certified trainer in training.
